Smartest Loser Criteria

EXERCISE: Participants need to engage in physical activity every week. Earn a minimum of 2 points per day. 1 point per 10 minute of exercise (minimum 2 points per day to a maximum 6 points per day) - Weekly cap is 21 points.

Exercise Ideas

Independence Blue Cross will give you $150 back if you regularly exercise at an approved fitness program or participate in an approved weight management program.
